Attention: great wine! Quietly, Feytit-Clinet is closing in on the biggest names in Pomerol, with only the price lagging behind. As the Revue du Vin de France rightly points out, "there are no spectacular château or ultra-modern wineries here", the reputation of this cru is built solely on the consistent quality of its wines.

More impressive than its success in great vintages is Feytit-Clinet's performance in "smaller" vintages: the 2013 is a Guide Hachette Coup de Coeur, the 2017 is one of the wines of the vintage according to A. Galloni (Vinous)...

Revue du Vin de France : 90-92/100 « La prise de bois domine un peu léchantillon ; on perçoit cependant l’architecture, la belle trame serrée qui fait vivre une chair moelleuse, satinée, rendue opulente par un souffle chaleureux. Une expression bien calée dans le style hédoniste auquel le domaine nous a habitués. »
Bettane & Desseauve : 93/100 « Coeur de bouche charnu, de belles rondeurs avenantes, c'est frais et déjà bien en place avec une belle distinction finale. Beau fondu de tannin. »

Quarin : 89/100 « Caressant à l'attaque, fruité et légèrement toasté en milieu de bouche, le vin ne présente pas le joli fruité éclatant que je lui connais habituellement en finale. »
Martin : 92-94/100 « The 2022 Feytit-Clinet, Pomerol's 'dark horse', is very perfumed on the nose with crushed violets and black plummy scents. Again, there's impressive delineation and, considering the season, delicacy. Fine length, this is Feytit back in form after the 2021. »
