In biodynamic since 2010, Fougas has been making consistent, rich and ample wines, aged 100% in new barrels in its "Maldoror" cuvée. The tannic structure has been refined in the latest vintages, giving the wines a healthy tension. The top-of-the-range "Forces de Vies" cuvée, 90% Merlot, comes from the oldest vines, a beautiful combination of modern style and classicism of organic farming.
