Futures campaign

The en primeur booking consists in buying wines that are being aged in oak barrels in the producers' cellars. Delivery takes place after bottling, i.e. 12 to 24 months later, exclusively in the original cases (wood or cardboard) of the Domaine.

This method of purchase, at source, allows the amateur:
- to have the widest possible choice from home, including for the rarest vintages,
- to choose at his convenience the bottling and crating of the wines,
- to benefit from attractive prices (except for "accidents" at wine fairs).

The primeur season begins in spring (April/May) following the harvest (e. g. spring 2018 for the 2017 vintage).

As we have to give the different vintages our instructions for bottling before the end of the year (2018 for the 2017 vintage), we let you choose all the possible bottling until November 1st (2018 for the 2017 vintage).

We run the primeur campaign until bottling, which takes place in the summer of the following year (July 2019 for the 2017 vintage), i.e. 15 months later.

Each year, during three months from May to July, two primeur campaigns overlap and allow you to choose between the qualities and price levels of two consecutive vintages (for example, the 2016 and 2017 vintages are simultaneously offered as primeur from May to July 2018).

The prices mentioned in the first issue are exclusive of VAT, within the limits of our stocks and unless sold in the meantime.

You reserve your 2017 vintage wines by paying this amount by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.

If you pay by cheque or bank transfer, a pro forma invoice attesting to your purchase will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment. If a wine is sold out upon receipt of your reservation, we will immediately return the corresponding payment by cheque or bank transfer.

If you pay by credit card, so on our website, an e-mail recording your reservation form will automatically be sent to you by our Server. We will then send you a second e-mail confirming that your reservation has been taken into account and send you the corresponding pro forma invoice.

In February 2020, we will send you the summary list of all your "2017 Primeurs" specifying the VAT. (*) and shipping costs (**), as well as a delivery coupon to be filled in. Upon receipt of the outstanding balance and the delivery coupon, we will ship your "2017 Primeurs" according to your instructions by road carrier. The final invoice notifying you of the shipping date will be sent to you simultaneously by post.

The Maison DUBECQ keeps the wines and assumes all risks of destruction or deterioration until delivery, which must take place before 31 December 2020. After this date, custody fees will be due (***).
