The star of Graves blancs, offering each vintage a very pure and straightforward wine, discreetly woody. It is not surprising to see this regularity in performance, as it is the own property of Florence & Denis Dubourdieu, hence the name of the wine.
J-M Quarin : 89/100 « Couleur pâle. Nez moyennement intense, fruité et subtil. Délicat à l'attaque, parfumé au milieu, le vin fond sur le palais, délicatement séveux et parfumé. Corps et longueur moyens. »
Vinous (A. Galloni): 90-92/100 "Oily and textured in the glass, the 2024 Clos Floridène Blanc offers up scents of mint, apricot, dried flowers, chamomile and spice with light tropical overtones that hold it all together. This is a gorgeous dry white from the Dubourdieu family."
Vinous (N. Martin): 91-93/100 "The 2024 Clos Floridene Blanc has a clean and fresh, sea spray-tinged bouquet with good complexity and hints of Vervain in the background. The palate is well balanced, crisp and poised, with fine weight and a tang of orange rind and peach skin toward the finish. Given the price, this comes highly recommended.
