Dubourdieu property. Unanimously considered as the best and most distinguished of the red Graves, with a grand cru classé grape variety: 2/3 Cabernet Sauvignon and 1/3 Merlot.
Vinous (A. Galloni): 87-89/100 "The 2024 Clos Floridène is aromatic and fruity. Sweet red cherry, kirsch, cinnamon and a kiss of French oak lend exuberance. Elevage will be critical, as the 2024 is on the lighter side. The challenge will be to preserve as much fruit and freshness as possible, not an easy task, as neither is abundant in this vintage."
Vinous (N. Martin): 86-88/100 "The 2024 Clos Floridène has a pretty nose with mocha-tinged red berry fruit. Not complex, but it has presence. The palate is medium-bodied, with blackberry and light saline notes on the entry. This is tannic on the mid-palate, with a hardness on the finish that will hopefully soften during its barrel maturation."
