The only 1er cru classé in the commune of Sauternes with Yquem, Guiraud offers rich, voluminous, powerful wines with a formal classicism. Certified organic since the 2011 vintage.

Martin «The 2020 Haut-Bergeron, which incidentally comes with a special label to celebrate its bicentenary, has e very pure and perfumed nose with dried honey, white peach, saffran and japanese yuzu. Impressive delineation. The palate is well-balanced with impactful concentration, pretty spicy with stem ginger and lemongrass. Very fine.» (December 2022)
