As a major player in the Marsannay appellation, Domaine Fournier gives wine lovers the rare opportunity to acquire great Pinots from the northern part of the Côte de Nuits at a reasonable price. With 21 hectares, 17 of which are in Marsannay, this estate produces enthusiastic, deep-coloured, fleshy and intense wines, always on the edge between richness and freshness, delicacy and finesse.

Vinous (N. Martin - October 2024): 88-90/100 "The 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin Village is a blend of Clos Prieur and Les Broillard. It has a straightforward nose that's a mixture of red and black fruit with a touch of pressed iris flower. The palate is well balanced and quite sapid with crunchy black fruit and a dab of blood orange on the finish. It's just missing a bit of length but is otherwise fine."
