Vinous (N. Martin - January 2021): 90/100 "The 2016 Rouget has a generous, quite opulent bouquet featuring cedar and touches of dark chocolate; a light truffle scent bubbles up with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin and a little lactic in style, the oak just a little prominent toward the rather hard finish. This is one of the most extrovert and ambitious Pomerol crus."
