Vineyard of 8.5 ha on the Côte des Bar (Aube), a terroir of choice for pinot noir. It is the 5th generation (Roland Piollot) who converted this family estate to organic farming, certified since 2014.
5 mono-varietal cuvées, aged on laths between 4 and 6 years, make up the Piollot range: Come des Tallants plays on roundness and vinosity while Champs Rayés displays with distinction a more lively and incisive character. The rare 100% pinot blanc Colas Robin is a synthesis of richness and elegance, while Mepetit, a pure pinot meunier with its typical raspberry aromas, is the fruitiest, most appealing and longest in the mouth. Finally, Les Protelles is a rosé of maceration, 100% pinot noir.
