Château DEYREM VALENTIN Red 2025 Futures

A small estate (12 ha), carefully tended and vinified with constant regularity, Deyrem Valentin is one of the most typical Margaux crus. Distinguished by the Revue du Vin de France among the hidden nuggets of the Médoc, "its Margaux wines draw a delicious balance".

Promoted to "Cru Bourgeois Supérieur" in 2020.

In Tasting Offer this season.

Vinous (N. Martin) : 90-92/100 "The 2025 Deyrem Valentin, one of the under-the-radar Margaux wines that often punches above its weight, has a perfumed, floral, black cherry, blueberry and violet-scented bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins and nicely judged acidity. I am just seeking a little more depth to come through on the finish, but otherwise this should give a decade of drinking pleasure, possibly more."

Vinous (A. Galloni) : 90-92/100 "The 2025 Deyrem Valentin offers up a heady mix of dark-toned fruit, cedar, spice, new leather, tobacco and chocolate. This is an especially dense, tannic style of Margaux, but the 2025 pulls it all together. It's a fine vintage for this château."

J-M Quarin: 940/100 “A beautiful deep red with purple highlights. An intense, fruity, fresh, and pure nose. Juicy on the attack, smooth on the mid-palate, with moderate body and a slight softening between the mid-palate and the finish; the wine regains its momentum toward the end, offering a long, flavorful finish with finely textured tannins. A wine with character.”
