Bettane+Desseauve : 94-95/100 “The estate’s finest recent vintage is a perfect embodiment of the classic Grand Pauillac. Its harmonious tannins and noble structure make it an ideal wine for building a fine collection of Bordeaux.”

La Revue du Vin de France : 93-95/100 “A concentrated, structured wine, yet with beautifully defined fruit and a more refined texture. Extraction appears more precise following the commissioning of the new winery; the tannins seem much better controlled. Dense without being harsh, it finishes with a balanced aftertaste. The best Grand-Puy Ducasse I have ever tasted en primeur.”

Vinous (A. Galloni) : 92-94/100 "The 2025 Grand Puy Ducasse is a gorgeous, racy wine. Silky red/purplish fruit, lavender, rose petal build in the glass. More than anything else, the wine's balance is terrific. Grand Puy Ducasse remains a bold, fruity Pauillac, but its balance is commendable. All the elements are so well proportioned."

Vinous (N. Martin) : 92-94/100 "The 2025 Grand Puy Ducasse has a very succinct nose. At first, it feels maybe a bit underpowered, yet with a few swirls it reveals gorgeous blackberry, cedar and violet scents that blossom over time. The palate is medium-bodied with very lithe and supple tannins, well-judged acidity and commendable cohesion on the finish. This vastly improved Pauillac should be more approachable than some of its peers, yet it has the substance to age in bottle."

J-M Quarin : 92/100 “Delicate on the palate at first, flavourful in the mid-palate, with a full-bodied, flavourful character, the wine develops into a juicy, supple, aromatic wine, leading to a finish with very well-integrated tannins. A development rarely seen that is so full-bodied and harmonious.”
