Sélection des meilleures parcelles du Château de Carles (10 ha sur les 20 ha du Domaine), certainement le vin le plus fin et le plus ambitieux de Fronsac, faisant depuis 2000 jeu égal avec les meilleurs crus classés des coteaux de Saint-Émilion. Un grand vin qu'il faut savoir attendre 6 à 8 ans au minimum.

Vinous (N. Martin) : 90-92/100 "The 2024 Haut-Carles has a more opulent bouquet than the regular cuvée, although it doesn't quite have the same terroir expression or delineation. The palate has more sweetness and substance, grippier tannins, minerally black fruit and a harmonious finish. This is still a well-crafted wine that will just require a bit longer in bottle."

Vinous (A. Galloni) : 88-90/100 "The 2024 Haut-Carles is laced with macerated dark cherry, spice, new leather, cedar and menthol. There's commendable complexity and dynamic energy here. The 20% stems add aromatic presence and vibrancy without dominating the balance. This is nicely done."
