The Latour-Martillac white wine is aromatic, straightforward and has excellent ageing potential. It is one of the most consistent and interesting wines in the appellation, and holds up formidably well to ageing (10 years or more).

Vinous (N. Martin) : 93-95/100 "The 2025 Latour-Martillac Blanc plays with a light reduction on the nose, quite mineral, with touches of sea spray coming through with time. The palate is well balanced and cohesive, with fine acidity, one of the most complex whites from this Pessac-Léognan estate that I have encountered, and it lingers on the saline finish. Bravo."
Vinous (A. Galloni) : 85-87/100 "The 2025 Latour-Martillac Blanc shows good energy and drive, but falls short on the mid-palate, which accentuates the attenuated finish. It would be nice to see more mid-palate depth."
