Even if they have exceptional ageing potential, we recommend tasting Sauternes from their earliest youth.
They do not have tannic astringency and their aromatic complexity is therefore fabulous!

Fall-Winter
2026

This section includes all the novelties that were not present in our previous catalogue.

It groups together the châteaux and domaines that are making their entry (or their return!) into our selections, but also the new cuvées from producers that we were already following closely.

In any case, these wines are as deserving of your attention as they have been of ours, and we guarantee that they will be in our selections for a long time to come.

Family estate of the late Bernard Gavoty, alias Clarendon, great music critic of the 60s. Its spearhead, the Clarendon cuvée, is one of the greatest whites of Provence, 100% rolle grape variety that he was the first to plant in Provence. Awarded one star in the 2027 edition of the Revue du Vin de France guide, with the following comment: “The Clarendon white wine stands head and shoulders above the rest of Provence. Its rosés are exquisitely refined, enhanced by the freshness of the terroir. In recent years, the reds have been gaining in prestige whilst becoming increasingly delicious”.

The Tempier estate produces just one Bandol blanc from 5 hectares of vines in the coolest and latest-ripening parts of their vineyard. With a predominance of Clairette (60 per cent), their white wine is bright and expressive, with a hint of exotic notes in its aromatic profile (mango and lychee).

A historic property (formerly the farm of the Grand Dukes of Tuscany), Fèlsina is one of Chianti's leading producers and, as such, is entirely dedicated to Sangiovese (100% of its vineyards), which finds one of its most accomplished expressions here. Across all its vintages, Fèlsina demonstrates a keen sense of balance and finesse, a stubborn determination to preserve the freshness of the fruit by avoiding any jammy notes, and above all, consistently fair prices.

Vin Santo is a traditional dessert wine from Chianti, made from white Malvasia (the primary variety) and Trebbiano grapes that have been sun-dried and fermented in small barrels (25 to 50 liters) for 24 months. In terms of flavor, Vin Santo is comparable to French straw wines, with aromas of orange peel, raisins, honey, and hazelnut.

The 2015 vintage in the press:

Vinous (A. Galloni - June 2023) : 96/100 "The 2015 Vin Santo del Chianti Classico is such a classy wine. Scents of orange peel, hazelnut, dried flowers, chamomile and lightly burnt sugar all grace this exquisite Vin Santo from Fèlsina. It is one of the most refined Vin Santos readers will come across and a true archetype."
