Tasted in September 2020 by Jean-Marc Quarin, Pavillon Rouge 2015 obtained a score of 95/100 " Nose for the moment a little discreet, with a ripe and suave fruitiness accompanied by a hint of meatiness. It is above all the palate that distinguishes this wine. Soft and melting from the attack, it develops complex in the middle of the mouth, gaining power on the finish, but with a lot of nuances. Very nice length with fine grain, with a lot of taste. »
