Réserve Perpétuelle Non Dosé is the new name of the “Royale Réserve” cuvée, to highlight the use of wines from a perpetual reserve created in 1946, which gives this non-millesimée cuvée complexity and depth.

The "Réserve Perpétuelle" cuvée in the press:

La Revue du Vin de France (Guide 2027) : 90/100 “Réserve Perpétuelle, made from a 2021 base wine, is a full-bodied wine; at this stage, we find only the dosage a little too sweet. We prefer the undosed version, which allows the base wine’s character to shine through more clearly.”

    Bettane + Desseauve (Guide 2027) : 92/100

Vinous (A.Galloni - May 2026): 91/100 “The NV Réserve Perpétuelle Non Dosé (2022 base) is terrific. This is an especially fine release for the Non Dosé. Rich and exuberant in the glass, it has so much o offer. There's gorgeous textural depth and resonance here. Orchard fruit, dried flowers and gentle spice notes fill out the layers. In 2022, I prefer the Réserve Perpétuelle Non Dosé to the dosed bottling."

The 2018 vintage in the press:

La Revue du Vin de France (Guide 2026) : 94/100 "The 2018 1522 cuvée reveals its full potential: the flesh has gained in complexity, and the whole is rich but balanced, with a refined structure."

Vinous (A. Galloni - April 2025) : 93/100 "The 2018 Extra Brut 1522 is a blend of 72% Pinot Noir from Aÿ and 28% from Oger. Ample and resonant in the glass, the 2018 is a wine of notable stature. Pinot is very much front and center in both the wine's flavor profile and structural feel. Red plum, kirsch, spice, chamomile, leather and dried flowers build into the huge, palate-staining finish. Dosage is 4.5 grams per liter. Disgorged : October 2023."

The cuvée “1522 1er cru rosé” vintage 2012 in the press:

Vinous (Antonio Galloni-November 2022): 92/100 "The 2012 Extra-Brut Rosé Cuvée 1522 is done in a perfumed, gracious style that is more about aromatics and ethereal nuance. Crushed red berry fruit, mint chalk and white pepper are some of the nuances that grace this delicate, understated Rosé. This is a decidedly light style, especially for the year."

Cuvée "Clos des Goisses 2014" in the reviews :

La Revue du Vin de France (Décember 2024) : 95/100 « The blend of Pinot Noir (71%) and Chardonnay from this legendary clos offers a concentration of flavours and exceptional vinosity in 2014, all enhanced by a fine patina of wood. »

Vinous (A. Galloni - March 2024): 93/100 “The 2014 Extra-Brut Clos des Goisses is aromatic, soft-spoken and quiet in demeanor. this is an especially floral, delicate Goisses with lovely floral top notes and decidedly mid-weight structure. The 2014 remains noticeably fresh and vibrant, but I just it a bit light on the mid-palate. Dosage is 4.25 grams per liter."
